When you fill in the contact form, we receive the data you provide yourself: your name, Telegram handle, the ad platform and vertical you selected. When you browse the Site, we automatically collect technical data: IP address, device and browser type, landing page, traffic source, and on-page behaviour — through the Yandex Metrika counter and cookies.

How we use your data

• To contact you on Telegram and process your request for an agency account.
• To improve the Site's content and structure based on behavioural analytics.
• To detect and prevent spam and fraudulent submissions.

We do not use your data for purposes other than those listed here, and we do not sell it to third parties.

Legal basis for processing

By submitting the form, you give consent for us to process the data you provided in order to contact you. Age restriction

The Site is intended for people over 18 working in online advertising. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

International data transfers

Some of the services we use (Telegram, Cloudflare) process data on servers located outside your country of residence. Any such transfer is made subject to the safeguards described in those services' own privacy policies.

Changes to this policy
