Account exchange is carried out within 1–30 days (depending on the traffic source), excluding the day of purchase and the agency’s non-working days, provided that the product has not been put into use, no login has been made to the account, no advertising has been set up on the account, and no ads have been published from the account.

By agreement with you, the account exchange may be carried out if a similar account is available for sale.

If you have submitted a request for a refund of the amount paid for the account, it will be processed within 5–30 days from the date the relevant request is submitted. If the buyer refuses a product of proper quality after use, the remaining balance on the account is refunded, excluding the commission and setup fee. If the buyer refuses a product of proper quality before use, the full amount is refunded.

The amount paid for the product is refunded using the same method by which it was paid.
